If you're moving from one domain to another, just create a complete copy (DB & codebase) and reinstall (don't forget the .htaccess file). Use [[https://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/|this script]] to replace the previous url with the new one.

Then delete all caches you may have. For some reason, the 'named' permalinks didn't work for me anymore. So I switched back to the default (''http://ttblog/?p=123''). Which was okay since this was a dev machine anyway.
